Michael Porter Jr, the Missouri Tigers' freshman forward who is projected to be a top pick in the 2018 National Basketball Association draft, will return to action tomorrow in the SEC Tournament.

In the season opener against Iowa State, he only played two minutes before leaving the game with a back injury.

Porter's return will make Missouri a unsafe team in the NCAA Tournament.

Porter will not be in the starting lineup but is expected to come off the bench. I don't have it in my head to say, 'He's play this many minutes and that's it.'. "I feel good about it'".

"He could play 20-25 minutes", Martin said, per ESPN.

Trump may attend opening of Jerusalem embassy
Netanyahu is also likely to touch on the impending move of the US embassy to Jerusalem during his visit to the White House. The American president was speaking at the White House on Monday alongside Israel's prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu .

Fifth-seeded Missouri (20-11) faces the victor of Wednesday's Georgia-Vanderbilt game at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Scottrade Center in St. Louis.

"Unless Mike says otherwise, that's what it is", Martin said.

It looks like Michael Porter Jr. might suit up again for Missouri after all.

Porter has the ability to score at all three levels and if he proves his back is 100 percent healthy, he automatically will be in the conversation to be the No. 1 overall pick along with Deandre Ayton and Luka Doncic.

Last month, his doctor cleared him to return to all basketball related activities. This season, Martin has coached his squad to a 20-11 record that includes a 10-8 mark in conference play.
