They say Christopher Rodriguez will likely also be charged.

The mother of a young disabled boy is behind bars after authorities found a deceased young child's body buried in the backyard of an OH home.

Jordan's disappearance went unknown until Monday, when the brother of Larissa Rodriguez's boyfriend, Christopher Rodriguez, called Cleveland police from Pakistan, police said.

According to WJW Fox in Cleveland, the Cleveland Division of Police arrested Larissa Rodriguez, but she has not been charged.

"Our investigators along with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Medical Examiner's Office while digging in this backyard recovered what appears to be human remains; the medical examiner will be taking those remains to their office for further examination", said Sgt. Jennifer Ciaccia. The tipster is the brother of the stepfather, reports WOIO. She allegedly said the 5-year-old boy, who has special needs and is unable to speak, left with his aunt on December 2 to visit his father in Texas.

Neighbors and friends started putting stuffed animals and other items on the porch, shortly after human remains were found in the backyard Tuesday. When children's services visited the home this week, they found it infested with cockroaches and rats.

Cleveland police and investigators with the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office spent all day Tuesday digging behind a home on West 80th Street after receiving a tip that the boy was buried in the backyard.

Palestinian Ahed Tamimi arrested by Israeli forces
They circulated pictures of Ahed when she was a little girl raising a fist in front of Israeli soldiers. One year later, she witnessed the army shoot and kill her uncle Rashadi.

The four children who lived at the home were taken into emergency custody by the Cuyahoga County Children and Family Services.

One of the children was seen eating a sandwich that contained cockroaches, the county affidavit said.

It was also reported that Rodriguez lost custody of her two oldest children many years ago, but Madigan would not reveal why.

Rodriguez reportedly told investigators that the boy couldn't speak and had special needs.

"I don't know why you did this; this is your son", said the woman's sister, Ana Rodriguez. The stepfather is now being held in the Medina County Jail for an unrelated case in which he pleaded no contest to non-support of dependents on September 19.

Children and Family Services had intervened with Larissa's custody of children as early as 1998, according to court records.
