The game trial will remain free to play up until December 18th.

Injustice 2 will be free-to-play this weekend, in case anyone wants to five the DC Comics fighter a go.

Developer NetherRealm Studios is being generous to fans of DC and fighting video games, as both will be given full access to all the heroes of the title starting Thursday, Dec. 14 to Monday, Dec. 18.

This deal will likely last throughout the weekend and into early next Tuesday, so you have a little time to pick it up and take advantage of the bargain.

India captain Rohit Sharma (208*) sets world record, also matches Virender Sehwag
His previous monumental efforts were 264 (against Sri Lanka in Kolkata , 2014) and 209 (against Australia in Bengaluru , 2013). When Rohit Sharma gets on the song, he does play one of the greatest of innings we've ever seen in limited-overs cricket.

Sony, however, wasn't about to let Xbox owners have all the fun, and have discounted the game on its own store as well - but with a small catch. Unlike other free trial offerings however, this one is not a permanent offer.

We've had a lot of good words to say about Injustice 2, hailing it as one of our favourite games of 2017 and calling it an "essential purchase". They did not exactly specify which of the DLC characters are in the trial. You will have plenty of options to enjoy the tree chapters of the story mode, the single player modes and the multiplayer modes until the trial ends.

If you find yourself having fun bashing skulls as Harley Quinn or Batarang-ing bad guys as Bruce, Injustice 2 will also be available to buy for half price during the trial period.
