TMZ has obtained Hannibal's arrest affidavit from his Saturday night bust in Miami, in which the arresting officer describes exactly what happened before he arrested the comedian.

Usually when we read about Hannibal Buress in the news it's over some new TV show or comedy special that he's doing.

It has now spawned the hashtag #FreeHannibalBuress on Twitter.

The arrest report for Buress wasn't available Sunday and it's unclear what led to his arrest.

After some verbal back and forth, Buress smiles and tells the officers: "Y'all goofy as [expletive.] You know y'all goofy as [expletive], right?" Once outside, Buress continued yelling profanities at the officer, causing a crowd to gather.

First Look at 'Jessica Jones' Season 2 Plus Debut Date Revealed
In all likelihood, Tennant's Purple Man will be a figment of Jessica's imagination, tormenting her at low points during Season 2. Previous set photos did confirm Tennant's return but there are still no details as to how he will be in the second season.

Miami Herald reporter David Orvalle, tweeted out the police report which echoes the information in Slater's tweet. In the video a handcuffed Buress can be seen standing against a police vehicle. "What am I being detained for?"

According to the Miami Police Department, Buress was arrested for disorderly intoxication at 10:30 PM. "What property was he trespassing on?"

Buress is heard responding, "No, I'm not getting in your vehicle unless you have probable cause for anything". Take the handcuffs off of me, I didn't do anything.

An officer can be heard telling Buress that he is being detained for trespassing.

Buress, 34, was booked into a Miami-Dade jail at 1:57 a.m. and posted bail just before 6 a.m., records show.
