This is the 12th year of Wreaths Across America.

After the ceremony, Clark said volunteers are given particular sections to cover, and typically they hang a wreath on every third grave.

Wreaths Across America announced the Fallbrook Masonic Cemetery will be an official location for the first time, participating in the national event to remember and honor veterans during the holiday season. "This year we're hoping for more since the weather will be better".

Ceremonies are scheduled at the Hampton National Cemetery and the state-run Albert G. Horton Jr. During his time in the industry, he kept hearing about one organization, again and again: Wreaths Across America. "She's been shadowing me and she'll take it over next year", she said.

"It seemed a natural progression to include it as a patriotic activity for our chapter".

She went on to explain how this cemetery in particular has graves stretching all the way back to the Revolutionary War, so it seemed fitting that all eras of American history would be covered.

The rockets launched by Hamas over Israel had intercepted by the Iron Dome missile shield, with no casualties being reported. Local media identified the two people killed as members of the al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad.

"Everyday families come out here to honor their families with flowers", she said. "They get to see the military, they interact with other military services because of guest speakers we have, because of the faculty and staff we have so they have a special place in their heart for all the servicemen". "There are people whose family members have served alongside the folks laid to rest in the cemetery..." We expect to have about 150 wreaths this year.

And Taylor Truck Line is providing both a driver to deliver wreaths to Fort Snelling National Cemetery on Friday and a group of employees, who volunteered to hang wreaths on veterans' graves on Saturday.

The public is invited to attend and participate in the event.

A brief patriotic program will be offered, after which Boy Scouts will assist in handing out the wreaths.
