For the water dunk test, in which the phone was placed somewhat deep under water for 30 minutes, the phone was somewhat unaffected aside from a little audio muffling. The extended warranty service provider deems the iPhone X an overall "high risk" in breakability, awarding it 90 points on a scale where 100 is the worst possible score. The YouTuber puts each major smartphone release to the same scratch, burn and bend test as a means of controlling the results.
