Two doctors warned Kim that a third pregnancy would be risky, since she had suffered from a condition called preeclampsia during her first two pregnancies. She even appeared in a promotional video with her own family to explain the process to potential parents-to-be.

Kim and Kanye paid to the special Agency about 70 thousand dollars for the provision of services, and the surrogate mother they will give four and a half thousand dollars every month throughout pregnancy.

Though we've all joked about Kim and Kanye rushing to have triplets to compete with Beyonce and Jay Z's set of twins, we never thought it would actually happen.

An insider told the publication that the superstar couple has agreed to pay $45,000 (£34,000) in 10 monthly instalments of $4,500 to the unidentified woman from San Diego. Because she had such hard pregnancies in the past, her doctors were very concerned about her carrying a third child and advised against it. Kim's talked about wanting a big family on her show, "Keeping Up With The Kardashian".

Kardashian West's hope was that she would be able to keep this baby news a secret for as long as possible. However, celebrities like Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have all the financial resources they need so paying the surrogacy price for baby number three is not expected to be a problem.
