Rob and Chyna are engaged in a nasty feud on social media and Kim Kardashian is fuming mad over it.

Blac Chyna is gearing up for a court battle with Rob Kardashian, after he leaked her naked photos during an epic Instagram rant yesterday.

Rob and Blac welcomed their first baby, Dream together last November following their whirlwind romance and engagement but the pair have since broken up.

Blac Chyna's lawyer, Walter Mosley, told ABC News in America that she's considering taking legal action.

Kardashian may have violated a revenge porn law, and if he's convicted, he could face up to six months in jail.

Several of the deleted messages read: "Rob u did all this but u beat me up and try act it never happen!". Rob also claimed he spent $100,000 on her post-baby body and gifted her $250,000 in jewelry.

Instagram eventually suspended Kardashian's account, but that hasn't muted questions about whether Kardashian's posts qualify as "revenge porn", which has been illegal to distribute in California since 2013.

Rob Kardashian published nude photos and accused Blac Chyna of cheating in a social media meltdown Wednesday.

In addition to the plastic surgery claims, he also said that the mother of his daughter allegedly uses drugs and cheated on him multiple times while also posting nude photos of her across his accounts. Don't speak on my daughter when u having threesomes with young Chy and Tiny::: and I put that on my daughters life since u wanna speak on my daughter, damn shame. On my children but I'm supposed to be silent because you're a Kardashian.

"Since TI wanna chime in on business that don't concern him let's talk about the threesome you had with Chyna and your baby mama Tiny".

Instagram followers of the reality star were surprised when Rob posted a pic of Chyna without any underwear and claims his ex sent the picture to him before hooking up with another man. Bustle has reached out to a rep for the Kardashian/Jenner family for comment, but has not yet received a response.

According to People magazine, Chyna's attorney is investigating which legal actions can be taken against Rob.
