Nick Gordon has been arrested for domestic violence and kidnapping of his current girlfriend, according to documents provided to TMZ. His girlfriend reportedly filed a police report Saturday morning, claiming she'd been battered and was being forced to stay at home against her will. Cops were called at the time but Gordon fled before they arrived.

Gordon was taken into custody Saturday afternoon in Sanford, Florida. Their relationship initially made headlines since Brown's mother had helped raise Gordon and the two had grown up together. She was found face down and unconscious in a bathtub in a Georgia home she shared with Gordon, whom she'd referred to as her "husband" on several occasions.

Gordon was booked on charges of domestic battery and false imprisonment.
