The faces are nice, but the biggest focus for watchOS 4 goes down in the gym. Raising your wrist would show detailed information on a specific subject based on your habits. For instance, you may see a character climbing on to the watch face from below. Moreover, it gets smarter with time.
AI isn't new to Apple, which has been nurturing Siri since 2011, but it didn't become a priority for the company until last October, when it hired Carnegie Mellon University professor Ruslan Salakhutdinov as its first director of AI research.
You'll also have access to more of your favorite songs. Following on from the original Apple Watch's Mickey Mouse face, watchOS 4 will introduce Buzz, Woody and Jessie from Pixar's Toy Story franchise. Yes.
The activity app has been upgraded as well.

Other useful fitness functions include the new ability to use the display as a safety feature to make you more visible when night running. Apple has changed the way pool swim workouts work, too. For people with a gym membership, Apple has opened up NFC with Gym Connect to enable Apple Watch to communicate with gym equipment so you can better sync workouts.
In WatchOS 4 is a new Workout app user interface. Apple's digital assistant will also regularly scan the user's screen to seek out words to add to its speech-recognition algorithms. My Favorites Mix and My New Music Mix require an Apple Music® subscription. The Music app supports multiple playlists, too.
One update that is worth mentioning is support for Core Bluetooth in the watchOS 4 firmware.
There are a lot of third party integrations as well. That's all there is to it at this point in time.
