The recent dominant era for Juventus is impressive enough on its own, but it's worth remembering how impressive it is to see the club sit in such a decisive spot of honor just a decade after they earned their promotion back from Italy's second division.

May 21, 2017 at 16:00, in the program of the 37th round of the Italian Serie A championship is scheduled a match at the stadium "Juventus" in which Turin Juventus will play against Crotone. Juventus keeps on breaking records.

Although Juventus were top of the league at the time, they were only one point ahead of Roma and had already lost four games. It is the first time since Serie A was founded in 1929 that a club has won six straight titles.

There was plenty of skepticism when Juventus announced the appointment of Allegri as Antonio Conte's successor in 2014, but the former AC Milan boss has since silenced all his critics.

The defence, centred on Giorgio Chiellini and Leonardo Bonucci, remained one of the stingiest in European football and when all else failed, there was always 39-year-old goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon, who had another outstanding season.

Juventus won their sixth consecutive Serie A title with a 4-0 win over struggling Crotone on Sunday, completing the second part of the "treble", days after beating Lazio to clinch their third Coppa Italia title on the trot.

French Open champion Djokovic took his record over the giant Del Potro to 14-4. "I am still a little bit shocked". It will also add credibility to the belief by many tennis experts that Zverev will reach No. 1 some day.

"The transfer market is not just about buying champions, but also not selling them", said Marotta.

Defeat at Fiorentina - its fourth of the season - saw Juve's lead cut to one point, albeit with a game in hand, and coach Massimiliano Allegri knew something had to change.

Leonardo Bonucci (30), Andrea Barzagli (36) and Giorgio Chiellini (32), who have come to be known as the BBC, have again been nearly ever-present as Juventus has conceded just 26 goals all season.

At the start of the campaign Allegri had a problem: making sure Higuain, freshly arrived from Napoli with a new 36-league goal Serie A record in his pocket, didn't go goal-hungry.

They robbed Napoli of last year's top scorer Gonzalo Higuain to improve their options up front, while they lured Miralem Pjanic away from Roma to add to their midfield, thus strengthening their own squad, while weakening their two main rivals at the same time.
